Wednesday 6th October saw Aikido return to Pudsey!
It was a brilliant return for our Pudsey group to their usual venue at Pudsey Leisure Centre. the first class back was supported by all the regulars. The class was taught by Riley Shihan, and was enjoyed thoroughly, as was a returning visit to the The crossed shuttle (weatherspoon’s).
This is a regular class on Wednesdays, 8pm-9:30pm and is open to new members at any time. Like all of our classes it’s suitable from anyone, no matter of age (16+), size or physical ability.
